Silent Retreat – Meditation and Contemplation 2024

With Susanne Ahlendorf and Martin Bruders

Meditation and Contemplation in the midst of powerful nature! We invite you to join us for a week of inner retreat and intimate contact with yourself. Through an increasingly subtle contemplative exploration of the now, we unfold the beauty of the moment.

Food for the Soul

It is a time of stillness, silence, non-doing, inner withdrawal, contemplation and meditation. Being without having to be somebody. Nothing is expected of you, there is nothing to achieve. Just listen within and see what happens within.

Days of retreat and reconnection

Sitting and walking meditations, breathing, just being and drawing new strength, experiencing inner and outer peace. A clear daily routine and group practice support the process of becoming aware. The power of the surrounding nature is available as a source of connection.

Guided and silent meditations allow for intimate contact with yourself and a mindful encounter with your space. Elements of object-related contemplation, meditative writing and listening to the source of a piece of music will support the process.

Thomas Hübl will energetically accompany the meditation retreat from a distance. We look forward to spending time together, deepening coherence in the international field, and sharing the joy of the simplicity of sitting.

During this time, patterns and conditioning or even old hurts may surface, the mind may become louder, and many thoughts may come up. This is part of a mental detox process that, for most people, creates space for the authentic steps of life. To support you in this process, we offer daily counseling sessions during the retreat week where you can ask your questions or have us guide your process.

An attitude of mindfulness and acceptance allows for a deep energetic process of clarification and expansion of consciousness.
