Refreshing and deepening for practice group leaders and people in group leadership functions

During this annual meeting we will refresh and deepen the quality of the leadership competence of our practice groups. We wish to individually reflect and systematically promote the various potentials, skills and talents.
We also develop the content and strengthen the networking in our field.

These meetings have now grown into a co-creative coexistence that represents our natural need for responsibility to life and the world. The potential transformation power of our practice group field and the love that carries us form the orientation for our meeting.

In terms of content, we will focus on the following topics:

1. Feedback and reflection of our own group leadership competence
2. Understanding, using and conveying the Mystical Principles in connection with Transparent Communication
3. Connecting with the love of the sacred and the resulting social responsibility of practice groups in the world
4. Deepening our contemplative and meditative practice
5. To make space for the non-knowing and the creative process of the future in connection with our practice group community

Leader Team:

Susanne Maria Ahlendorf
practiced in her own psychotherapeutic practice. Since 1998 she has led groups on topics such as stress management, teacher training, integral consciousness development, transparent communication. She assisted in Timeless Wisdom Training 1, 2 and 4 and has been training the practice group leaders at the Academy of Inner Science since 2011. Since 2007 she has been participating in the ongoing training of Thomas Hübl’s assistant group.

Axel Perinchery
works in his own psychotherapeutic practice. He provides coaching, training and projects on topics such as transcultural management, transparent communication and integral consciousness development. Axel participated in Timeless Wisdom Training 1, assisted in Timeless Wisdom Training 3 and has been training the practice group leaders at the Academy of Inner Science since 2011.
