The New Years retreat is a wonderful possibility to use the end of the year for a deep dive into one’s own inner world in order to integrate, bring into awareness and awaken unseen parts of our lives.
Deep meditations, many different exercises in transparent communication, embodiment and a profound understanding of trauma in our past will support us to get to know parts of ourselves that often lay dormant for a long time. This helps us to live our lives more fully and express our purpose in the world.
To do that in a global community of like-minded people from all walks of life shows us the power of group presence and the mutual learning within a collective intelligence.
This retreat is one of the few possibilities to work live and in-person with Thomas outside of training programs and is an invitation into the world of the inner science; the mystical world of the great wisdom traditions.
