divisi\u00f3n.<\/strong> \u00bfA qu\u00e9 se debe esto? &#8220;Estamos asistiendo a la manifestaci\u00f3n de un trauma colectivo&#8221;, afirma Thomas.<\/p>\n<p>Tenemos que curar este trauma como comunidad, a\u00f1ade, si queremos navegar con \u00e9xito por el traicionero terreno que nos espera. &#8220;Los retos profundamente complejos a los que nos enfrentamos exigen un nuevo nivel de colaboraci\u00f3n humana&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas se\u00f1alar\u00e1 <strong>un proceso audaz y fortalecedor<\/strong> para cualquiera que est\u00e9 comprometido con la curaci\u00f3n de nuestro mundo en dificultades, empezando por una exploraci\u00f3n convincente del campo relacional, a trav\u00e9s del cual todos compartimos experiencias, esperanzas, miedos y sue\u00f1os dentro del colectivo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A partir de ah\u00ed, buscaremos formas pr\u00e1cticas de:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>procesar traumas individuales, ancestrales y culturales<\/li>\n<li>aprovechar los recursos internos para la resiliencia<\/li>\n<li>utilizar la comunicaci\u00f3n transparente para avivar y profundizar nuestra relaci\u00f3n con todos los seres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Abrazando nuestra interdependencia, podemos evolucionar a trav\u00e9s de los retos de nuestra era. &#8220;Puede que s\u00f3lo sea necesario un peque\u00f1o n\u00famero de nosotros&#8221;, afirma, &#8220;para establecer
