Die Download-Meditation ist eine 45-min\u00fctige virtuelle Gruppenmeditation mit Thomas H\u00fcbl, die am ersten und dritten Dienstag jeden Monats stattfindet.<\/h3>\n

W\u00e4hrend der Download-Meditation sitzen wir f\u00fcr 45 Minuten in Stille, allein oder mit Freunden, und verbinden uns sowohl vertikal als auch horizontal mit dem sich aufbauenden Feld. An dieser Meditation nehmen erfahrungsgem\u00e4\u00df einige hundert, manchmal auch \u00fcber tausend Menschen aus der ganzen Welt teil.<\/p>\n

\u201cDownload\u201d bezeichnet die Energie-\u00dcbertragung, die stattfindet, wenn sich viele Meditierende virtuell verbinden und ein globales Feld erzeugen. Das macht es erfahrungsgem\u00e4\u00df leichter, in tiefere Bewusstseinszust\u00e4nde einzutauchen und \u00fcberbewusste Energie zu erfahren. Bisher vorborgene Zug\u00e4nge k\u00f6nnen sich \u00f6ffnen. Viele Menschen berichten hierbei vom Erleben einer starken Pr\u00e4senz, von Energiestr\u00f6men durch den K\u00f6rper oder von pl\u00f6tzlichen Erkenntnissen. Einige nehmen Licht wahr.<\/p>\n

Durch Pr\u00e4senz und tiefes Eintauchen in die Meditation k\u00f6nnen wir Stille, Zeitlosigkeit und Verbindung mit unserem H\u00f6heren Bewusstsein erfahren, und Segen empfangen.<\/p>\n

Die Meditation endet nach 45 Minuten. Wir machen einige tiefe Atemz\u00fcge und kehren in der Regel erfrischt und gest\u00e4rkt in unseren Alltag zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n
