Traumas connected with love and loss, birth and upbringing, sexuality and relationships, prejudice and exclusion, illness and death lie at the heart of many of our human challenges and can correspondingly hinder our development and capacity to thrive and flourish. This session will explore how we can best handle these patterns and harness them as means towards transformative spiritual growth.

Hosted by: David Lorimer, Programme Director, Scientific and Medical Network, Founding Chief Executive, Character Education Scotland and Creator of Inspiring Purpose
