Listening Within
Listening Within:
A Weekend Retreat for Meditation, Reflection, and Inner Clarity
Led by Susanne Ahlendorf and Martin Bruders
Friday June 5 - Sunday June 7, 2026
Deepen your inner listening in a supportive field of collective awareness
This weekend retreat is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and listen more deeply.
Through guided meditation, contemplation, and gentle relational practices, we’ll open a space to encounter the “inner teacher”—a quiet, steady presence within that holds clarity, insight, and deeper knowing.
Together, we’ll attune to the body, to the breath, and to the felt sense of the heart.
Practicing in a group creates a field that supports depth. It becomes easier to stay, to soften, to sense more. Not because you’re efforting more, but because attention is shared. Something in us recognizes: I’m not alone in this.
Over the course of the weekend, this shared space becomes a kind of inner cave—spacious, silent, and alive—where deeper layers of presence can emerge.
Meet the Inner Teacher:
At the heart of this retreat is a simple but profound shift: Learning to listen from within.
The inner teacher is a space you can enter through presence, attention, and the willingness to listen.
In this space:
- The heart becomes more resilient and able to stay present
- Insights emerge organically
- Your relationship with the Divine can be experienced more directly
- Meaningful life questions can be held with openness and curiosity
- The shared field of the group supports deeper contemplation and awareness
You’re invited to bring your life's questions and learn to meet them more deeply.
“Meditation infuses awareness into our lives. Once we can see in a higher resolution, answers appear.”
Thomas Hübl

Meet Your Teachers:
Martin Bruders
Martin Bruders is a seeker. His interest in the “making of” of every moment and deeper exploration of his own being in relation brought him to the work of Thomas more than 15 years ago. He is a qualified social worker, mediator, and coach, and worked for over 28 years as a comedian and presenter at over 2000 corporate events in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Martin loves to sit in meditation and tune in deeper at sacred places all over Europe to perceive their energetic specificity. He has had the honor to facilitate numerous meditation retreats in the field of Thomas over the years, as well as to moderate the Celebrate Life Festival in Germany. His passion lies in re-connecting his Christian roots back to its origin in Jewish mysticism and the power of Mother Earth.
Martin is the co-founder of MakeSpaceForGrace, a project in which he conducts courses for a deeper understanding of the sacred scriptures and mystical principles. He also offers retreats and journeys to special “holy” places and, most recently, online dialogues with interesting people.
Susanne Maria Ahlendorf
Susanne Maria Ahlendorf practices in her own psychotherapeutic practice in Frankfurt, Germany. She is a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy and practitioner of the developmental trauma method NARM®. She has been leading continuing education and training groups since 1998 on topics such as meditation, leadership training, Transparent Communication, Mysticism & Healing and annual training “Women’s ROOM”.
Susanne is the co-founder of the project MakeSpaceForGrace, for which she conducts courses for a deeper understanding of the sacred scriptures and mystical principles. She also offers retreats and journeys to special places and most recently online dialogues with interesting people.
She has been in contact with Thomas since 2006. She assisted the Timeless Wisdom Trainings 1, 2, and 4, and gives trainings within the Academy of Inner Science for practice group leaders and silent retreats for 10 years.
Her passion and ability is to bring people together in spaces that are supported and held by a grounded and spiritual force. The connection between being human and the divine source has become a supporting resource for her. This enables participants to take developmental and healing steps in their personal development.
